Refund policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
14 days to change your mind
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment on a plan, for any reason.
- If you have used less than 20% of the credits that payment added, we refund it in full.
- If you have used more, we refund the share of that payment's credits you have not used. Each credit spent paid for AI generation that was already run for you, at a real cost to us.
Renewals
Forgot to cancel? If you ask within 14 days of a renewal and have not used any of the credits it added, we refund that renewal in full and cancel the plan. This applies to monthly and yearly plans alike.
Something went wrong
If a video fails to generate, its credits return to your balance automatically, and the video shows the error with a one-click retry. You are never charged credits for something we failed to deliver. Re-rendering a video after an edit costs no credits.
If the service did not work for you and we cannot put it right, we refund the affected payment in full, whenever it was made.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next payment; the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and the videos you made remain yours. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period; ask for a refund as described above.
How to ask
Email support@hyzgen.com from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt from our reseller (Paddle or Dodo Payments). We answer within two business days. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method by the reseller and usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
A refunded payment's remaining credits are removed from your balance, and a fully refunded plan ends.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights under consumer law and never reduces them. Where the law of your country gives you a longer or broader right to a refund, that right applies. We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of fraud or abuse of this policy.
