Terms of service

Hyzgen (hyzgen.com) is a software service operated by Syed Uzair Hassan, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan, trading as Hyzgen ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@hyzgen.com.

By creating an account or using Hyzgen you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Hyzgen is self-serve software for making short videos and images with AI. You write a prompt or a script, and the app writes, voices, illustrates, captions and renders the result on our servers. Depending on the tool, that includes narrated short videos, cartoon and dialogue films, product review videos, motion graphics, edited reels from your own footage, and still images. Everything is delivered inside your account as soon as it renders, ready to download.

We do not offer custom production, consulting or other work done by people on your behalf. What you buy is access to the software and the credits it runs on.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person or business per account.

Hyzgen is paid only. Without a plan you can browse the app and its examples, but not generate. Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions at the prices on our pricing page. Each payment adds that plan's credits to your balance.

Generating costs credits, at the rate shown in the app before you start. Credits are deducted when a generation starts. If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. Re-rendering after an edit is free. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with the Manage or cancel plan button on the Upgrade page of your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and merchant of record: Paddle.com, or Dodo Payments where that is the checkout you are shown. The reseller processes your payment, issues your invoice, collects sales tax or VAT where it applies, and handles payment questions and refunds. Their buyer terms apply to the purchase itself. We never see or store your card details.

Refunds follow our refund policy.

You keep ownership of the prompts, scripts, photos and footage you put in. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run the service for you.

While your account is in good standing, you may use the videos and images you generate for any lawful purpose, commercial use included: post them, monetise them, use them in ads. AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in some countries, so you may not be able to stop others from making something similar. Where a video uses stock footage, that footage remains under its original licence.

You agree not to use Hyzgen to produce or upload:

• content that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that is presented as a genuine record when it is not;
• the likeness or voice of a real person without their consent;
• photos, footage or products you do not have the right to use;
• sexual content of any kind involving minors, or sexual content of real people;
• harassment, hate, threats, or incitement to violence against any person or group;
• deliberate disinformation about elections, health or public safety, or scams;
• material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.

You are responsible for what you publish, for labelling AI-generated content where the law or a platform requires it, and for following the rules of the platforms you post to. We may refuse a generation, remove content, or suspend an account that breaches this section.

If you link a YouTube or TikTok account, Hyzgen posts only the videos you choose to publish there, and you can unlink it at any time. Those platforms' own terms apply to what is posted.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Generation depends on third-party AI providers; if one is unavailable, generation may be slower, degraded or temporarily unavailable. A degraded result is labelled as such on the video.

Affiliates earn 30% of what their referrals actually pay (excluding tax), for as long as those customers remain subscribed. Attribution runs from a referral link (60-day window) or from the affiliate's own discount code. Self-referral does not earn commission.

Payouts are made once a balance passes 100 USD. We withhold commission on payments that are refunded or charged back, and where referrals appear to be fraudulent.

You can stop using Hyzgen at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used for fraud, or that files a chargeback for a payment it has used; where the breach is not serious we will warn you first.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Hyzgen after that means you accept them.
